ACCESSIBILITY
If you have any questions regarding accessibility or any specific requirements please do not hesitate to contact us via email – events@liveatpalmerstown.ie
Accessible tickets, where available, can be purchased via Ticketmaster through the 'Accessible Tickets' button on desktop or the accessible symbol on mobile devices. All tickets are subject to availability.
Customers are responsible for choosing suitable tickets. You must carefully read all available information and consider relevant logistics before purchasing any specific ticket type.
Customers must register for Ticketmaster's Accessible Database herebefore purchasing any accessible tickets.
Once verified, an AAR number will be issued by Ticketmaster to customers who have registered their accessible requirements and this unique identifier will remain valid on your account for 2 years. It is required to book accessible tickets or apply for accessible accommodations.
Promoter cannot accept any medical evidence directly, so those who wish to book accessible tickets or apply for accessible accommodations must have a valid AAR number to proceed.
An AAR will not alter any existing ticket bookings, so if you have already made a purchase and then register, your booking will remain the same on this occasion. You will, however, be able to use your AAR number to complete future accessible bookings or to complete accessible request forms for outdoor summer shows.
Due to capacity limitations, all parties in wheelchair-accessible bays or on accessible platforms are limited to 1:1, except where there are verified additional care requirements (and bookings have been made to reflect this - we cannot add additional tickets after the fact), to ensure as many accessible customers who require wheelchair/accessible access can attend as possible.
