Customers are responsible for choosing suitable tickets. You must carefully read all available information and consider relevant logistics before purchasing any specific ticket type.
Customers must register for Ticketmaster's Accessible Database here before purchasing any accessible tickets.
Once verified, an AAR number will be issued by Ticketmaster to customers who have registered their accessible requirements and this unique identifier will remain valid on your account for 2 years. It is required to book accessible tickets or apply for accessible accommodations.
Promoter cannot accept any medical evidence directly, so those who wish to book accessible tickets or apply for accessible accommodations must have a valid AAR number to proceed.
An AAR will not alter any existing ticket bookings, so if you have already made a purchase and then register, your booking will remain the same on this occasion. You will, however, be able to use your AAR number to complete future accessible bookings or to complete accessible request forms for outdoor summer shows.
Due to capacity limitations, all parties in wheelchair-accessible bays or on accessible platforms are limited to 1:1, except where there are verified additional care requirements (and bookings have been made to reflect this - we cannot add additional tickets after the fact), to ensure as many accessible customers who require wheelchair/accessible access can attend as possible.
-
Age policies vary from event to event. Please check the Ticketmaster event page for accurate event age policy information. When on the purchase page for your event click on the 'More Info' button.
Promoter does not recommend large outdoor events for those under 5 years of age. Should you still choose to bring young children or babies, please note you will need to use a wearable baby carrier (prams and buggies are not allowed) and use appropriate ear defenders. You may also be requested to sign a consent form before entering the venue.
Everyone entering the venue, regardless of age, requires their own ticket - we do not have a 'babes-in-arms' policy, and there are no 'infant tickets' available. For bar access, the only acceptable forms of ID are Passport, Garda Age Card, and Driving Licence.
-
There is no cloakroom or locker facilities on site. There will be no ATM machines on site.
Vendors and bars will have the option to pay by card.
